On December 14, defense of MSc Master's students’ theses was held at Caucasus University.

The presented master’s papers were on the following topics:

• Mariam Pataraia: ‘Some Personal and Organizational Factors Affecting Professional Burnout’ (Banking Sector Example)
• Anna Andriadze: ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey and Social Media Engagement Example of 'Dunkin Donuts'’
• Tatia Karchkhadze: "Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs in the Retail Sector, Georgia"
• Tamar Lazviashvili: "The Impact of Modern Technological Services Offered by Commercial Banks of Georgia to the Level of Customer Satisfaction"
