On July 21, Caucasus University held a presentation of the report on the 2019 research expedition of historical Bayburt cultural monuments.
The expedition was conducted within the framework of the winner project of the state scientific grant project announced in 2018 by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation - "Catalog of Georgian material cultural sites in Turkey, İspir, Bayburt and Lazeti". The expedition was carried out by Caucasus University and the Georgian Culture and Tourism Resources Research Center.
Intensive research expeditions have been conducted in the historical parts of Georgia since 2012. Caucasus University and the Georgian Culture and Tourism Resources Research Center are taking part in it.
