On April 29, 2025, the official Project Kick-off Meeting of “Acquiring Transversal Competences through Virtual Voyages” (Project No. 101193593) was held online within the framework of WP1 – Project Management and Coordination.

The meeting marked the formal launch of the project and brought together representatives of the partner organizations and members of the project teams. Its primary purpose was to introduce the consortium, present the overall project concept, objectives, expected results, and key implementation stages, and establish a common understanding of the project’s priorities and implementation framework.

Particular attention was given to project management and coordination arrangements, including the roles and responsibilities of the partner organizations, administrative and financial management procedures, the overall work plan, key deadlines, and the activities planned for the upcoming implementation period.

The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session, providing partners with an opportunity to clarify matters related to project implementation, align expectations, and agree on the key areas of cooperation and the next steps.
