On March 15, professor of the School of Tourism, Giorgi Bregadze, held a public lecture in the library of Caucasus University. The topic of the lecture was "Challenges of Implementing EU Directives into the New Tourism Law".

The lecture reviewed the important news regarding Georgia’s new tourism law, focusing on key areas such as consumer protection, service quality, tourist safety, and the coordination of national and regional tourism policies. It emphasized the importance of integrating European directives into the tourism law and discussed the existing challenges; Issues related to secondary legislation were also explored.
