Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center hosted Smart Solutions Powered by AI - a 3-day entrepreneurship program designed for students of the Georgian-American High School.
During the program, students worked in teams to develop AI-driven startup ideas, explore innovative solutions to real-world challenges, and build prototypes using no-code tools.
An important part of the experience was the mentorship provided by winners of the CUnicorn pre-acceleration program and startup founders, who supported participants throughout the three days by helping them refine their ideas, use AI tools effectively, and prepare their final pitches:
- Tako Marjanishvili & Elene Gogolashvili - Co-Founders of Portico
- Saba Arudashvili - Co-Founder & CEO of Klics
- Giorgi Khanishvili & Luka Tsartsidze - Co-Founders of Washy Washy
On the final day, teams presented their startup concepts to a jury panel, where projects were evaluated based on innovation, problem relevance, technological vision, and presentation quality. The jury members included:
- Irakli Svanidze - Acting Head of the Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center
- Akaki Kapanadze - Director of the Project Management Department at Caucasus University
- Tamar Bekurashvili - Head of the Social Sciences Department at the Georgian-American School
At the end of the program, one team was selected as the winner and awarded a special prize by the Georgian-American High School.
The initiative aimed to inspire entrepreneurial thinking, strengthen technological skills, and encourage the practical use of AI tools among young people.
