From November 14 to 16, the regional summit of the global hospitality company ACCOR took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The event brought together representatives from various countries, including Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, Poland, and Georgia.

At the event, ACCOR summed up the past year and presented awards to various hotels and their general managers for special achievements.

Lika Chikhladze from Georgia, who is the general manager of the ibis budget Tbilisi Center hotel, received recognition and an award in the nomination: the best increase in reputation score over the last year.

The reputation score reflects the overall guest experience, which is very important for all hotels, as it is one of the most important factors in the guest's decision-making process.
