Job responsibilities:
- A) Advising/assisting students and lecturers on technical issues and ensuring the smooth running of the learning process;
- B) Assisting students in the process of semester registration and contracting and advising within the scope of competence;
- C) Provide students with a variety of information and news about university regulations, and facilitate their use in practice;
- D) Monitor the timely upload of educational syllabi to the electronic system during the educational process;
- E) Enter relevant data on the conducted and restored lecture hours conducted by lecturers, including verification of the data entered by the security guard;
- F) Monitor the production of the electronic student attendance database;
- G) Assist students in obtaining necessary documents;
- H) Monitor the timely entry of marks into the database by lecturers;
- I) Organize and cancel commission sessions within the school curriculum;
- J) Attendance at midterm and final exams;
- K) Enter the grade obtained by the student in the midterm and final exam in the database;
- L) Create an electronic form for the final semester assessment and upload it to the database;
- M) Coordinate the process of restoring the midterm and final exams missed by students;
- O) Participate in the authorization/accreditation process within the scope of competence;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (required: Bachelor of law);
- No less than one year of work experience. Experience of working in an administrative position in a higher education institution will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of office computer programs;
- English language proficiency (language proficiency will be tested on the basis of testing or interview)
