Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Manager of the International Accreditation Service.

Duties:

• Facilitating the implementation and performance of the activities of the head of the service and the duties assigned to them;
• Participation in the performance of the objectives, tasks and functions of the service;
• Participation in the preparation of the annual report on the activities performed by the service;
• Performing the tasks of the Vice President (in the field of research and strategic development) within the scope of authority;
• Participation in the conception and implementation of numerous projects based on the university's interests and the vice-president's instructions (in the field of research and strategic development);
• Participation in the planning, initiation and implementation of the international accreditation process;
• Participation in the planning, initiation and implementation of the process of getting into international or local rankings;
• Finding international accreditation organizations;
• Contributing to the development of documents in accordance with the requirements of the international accreditation or rating system as directed by the head;
• Participation in the establishment of the international accreditation system;
• Participation in the process of ensuring the proper functioning of the international accreditation system;
• Collection and systematization of documents necessary for the international accreditation process;
• Participation in the audit process of educational programs based on the needs of international accreditation;
• Participation in the preparation of the annual report on the annual activities of the department;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 (one) year of work experience;
• Knowledge of the English language (B2 level or higher);
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal skills:

• Communicative, energetic, organized, responsible;
• The ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly;
• The ability to process and synthesize provided information in a timely manner;
• The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time work day, from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short work day);
• Remuneration (after tax): within 1300-1500 GEL. depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications;
• Trial period: 3 months.
