Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Administrative Director of the Doctoral Educational Program of the Caucasus School of Law.
Job Duties:
- Maintain daily communication with academic staff and students to constantly monitor the organizational aspects of the educational process.
- Support students' scientific activities within the scope of competence; inform students about school scientific conferences and organize
- Participate in the self-evaluation process of the program and prepare semester reports within the scope of authority.
- Contribute to the process of authorization and program accreditation within the scope of competence.
- Create/update school educational programs (catalogue).
- Manage documents within the school.
- Collaborate with the dean, academic program heads, and quality assurance department to review semester evaluations of lecturers by students and annual reports on student and graduate satisfaction with the program.
- Facilitate individual consultations for students with academic staff and non-auditory activities.
- Coordinate procedures for the defense of bachelor's/master's/doctoral theses.
- Monitor students' fulfillment of mandatory requirements related to registration in the study program.
- Prepare necessary documentation for awarding students with academic degrees.
- Perform other necessary tasks as determined by supervisors within the scope of authority.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education in the legal field;
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
- Proficiency in English at the B2 level.
- Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, if necessary, in agreement with the management).
- Remuneration: 2000 GEL (after tax).
- Trial period 6 months (paid)
