From October 28 to November 1, Caucasus University Professors Levan Darbaidze and Levan Mosakhlishvili, along with expert Judge Eka Areshidze, visited the Kingdom of the Netherlands as part of the project “Comments on the Juvenile Justice Code.” This project is funded by LEPL – Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.

As part of the visit, meetings were held at the District Court of Amsterdam, the Judicial Training Center of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Free Universities of Utrecht and Amsterdam. Dutch judges, professors, and specialists in the field participated in the meeting.

During the discussion, the participants provided the project implementers with their recommendations regarding the comments to the Code.

The goal of the project is to develop commentaries on the Juvenile Justice Code.
