On May 16, the President of Caucasus University hosted a delegation from the University of Rennes, France.
Caucasus University welcomed Sébastien Le Picard, Vice President for European and International Strategy at the University of Rennes, and Didier Minier, Director of International Strategy, Head of Politics and Society Department at Sciences Po Rennes.
Caucasus University collaborates with these institutions within the framework of the French-Georgian University Consortium. During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of dual degree programs between the universities, as well as student exchange opportunities in the fields of management, history, law, international relations and political science through international exchange programs. Parties also explored the possibility of preparing a joint application for Erasmus+ funding and collaboration on short-term programs — one of the key priorities in the university's internationalization strategy.
Caucasus University cooperates with more than 20 higher education institutions in France, offering a variety of long-term and short-term programs to students, as well as academic and administrative staff. France is considered one of the leading and priority destinations for the university’s students.
