From May 28 to June 1, Caucasus Business School hosted the MBA course "Innovation Management" as part of the university’s MBA curriculum.
The course was led by Dr. Carlos Humberto Garcia — a high-level academic executive and expert in strategic development, with over 20 years of experience in university leadership, academic innovation, and the implementation of international projects. He has twice served as Dean of Campus at CETYS University in Mexico and currently works as a consultant for the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB). Dr. Garcia has also participated in leadership programs at Harvard University and the American Council on Education (ACE).
He is known for his dynamic and interactive teaching methods and global perspective. Over the years, he has taught strategy, marketing, and innovation at both business and engineering schools. His courses combine theory with real-world application and are highly regarded across North and South America, as well as Europe and Asia.
During the course, MBA students explored innovation ecosystems, strategic change management, and leadership in today’s business environment. This proved to be a valuable experience for master's level students, who noted that the knowledge gained during the course will be applied in real-world business contexts.
