Overview

The objective of the Bachelor's Program in Healthcare Management is to prepare highly qualified healthcare management specialists who are competitive in both local and international labor markets. Graduates will possess comprehensive knowledge and values, a deep understanding of healthcare management theory and practice, and the ability to work in both public and private healthcare sectors, specializing in organizational management. They will understand the roles of state and private healthcare organizations within society, develop effective communication skills, and critically appreciate the importance of healthcare organizations in a democratic context. Additionally, graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to contribute to the development of a progressive, development-oriented healthcare sector in accordance with democratic principles.
