Program Duration:

Language of instruction: Georgian.
Degree awarded: Master of Healthcare Management.
The first part of the program comprises 60 ECTS credits and aims to develop core theoretical, practical, functional, and analytical competencies in healthcare management. Students study key areas of healthcare management, managerial accounting and control, healthcare marketing, healthcare policy, operations management, strategic management of healthcare organizations, human resource management in healthcare, healthcare economics, quality management, and patient safety.
Career advancement: After completing the first part of the program, students have the opportunity to develop a managerial career in healthcare organizations, medical institutions, insurance companies, and the public and non-governmental sectors. The program prepares students for mid-level, coordination, and operational/functional management positions, including roles in healthcare administration, quality management, patient safety, marketing, human resources, operations, and strategic management.
Flexibility: The learning process of the master's program is designed to enable students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical challenges in the healthcare sector and to develop managerial competencies step by step.
