On May 21, the Medical Club at Caucasus University held its debut event — a public lecture on “Breast Cancer.”

On May 11–14, one of the most prominent events in the medical community - the International Conference organized by the European Association for the Study of Obesity (EASO), ECO 2025 - was held in Malaga, Spain.

On May 5, the School of Medicine organized a public lecture - “Discover, Explore, Act: The Importance of Research in Various Fields” at Caucasus University.

The paper “The Patients’ Trust in Family Physicians: Influencing Factors and Benefits” by the Caucasus University Professor, Tengiz Verulava, was published in the influential international refereed journal “Archives of the Balkan Medical Union”.

Professor Tengiz Verulava of Caucasus University has been appointed Honorary Professor at the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University.

On March 11, Caucasus University’s bookstore Librarea hosted the presentation of the 8th (2nd) issue of the international peer-reviewed journal Healthcare Policy, Economics and Sociology.

Alumni of Caucasus University’s Medical Doctor programe have successfully passed the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). 

The results of a study conducted at Caucasus University titled “Pregnant Mothers’ Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Towards Prevention of Iron Deficiency Anemia in Georgia” were published in the influential international refereed journal “Al-Kindy College Medical Journal”.

On November 12, the 10th International Scientific Conference "Prospects for the Development of Georgian-Ossetian Relations" was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
