Part II of the Master's Educational Program in Strategic Public Administration comprises 60 ECTS credits, including 25 ECTS credits in the first semester and 35 ECTS credits in the second semester. Accordingly, the standard duration of Part II of the master's program is one academic year. Upon completion of the standard duration of Part II of the program (one year), a student may continue their studies for a maximum of four additional semesters (two academic years) while maintaining student status.

Part II of the Master's Educational Program in Strategic Public Administration consists of 20 ECTS credits of compulsory major (discipline-specific) courses and 5 ECTS credits of elective major (discipline-specific) courses. Students enrolled in Part II of the Master's Educational Program in Strategic Public Administration are required to prepare and defend a master's thesis, which carries 30 ECTS credits.

Admission Requirements

The admission requirement for Part II of the Master's Program at the Caucasus School of Governance is:

• Successful completion of Part I of the program and/or successful completion of the first part of a relevant/equivalent educational program at another accredited higher education institution.

Important Note: Upon completion of Part I of the program, an individual is entitled to continue studies in Part II of the program (60 ECTS credits) without taking the Unified National Master's Examination, provided that no more than five years have passed since enrollment in Part I. After the expiration of this period, the individual must pass the United National Master's Examination in order to be admitted to Part II of the program (60 ECTS credits).

For applicants seeking admission to Part II of the Master's Program from another higher education institution, the following additional procedures must be successfully completed:

• Proof of English language proficiency at the B2 level (submission of an internationally recognized certificate);
• Successful completion of an interview with the Admissions Commission of the Caucasus School of Governance.
• One of the admission requirements for the program is English language proficiency at the B2 level. To meet this requirement, applicants must submit an appropriate certificate confirming B2-level English proficiency or successfully pass the University's internal English language proficiency test. Applicants who have completed bachelor's and/or master's programs taught in English are exempt from the requirement to submit an English language proficiency certificate and from taking the University's internal English language proficiency test.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• A notarized copy of the diploma awarded upon completion of Part I of the program, or an official certificate confirming the award of the qualification, indicating the date and order number;
• Academic transcript;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV/Resume);
• Two passport-size photos (with a digital copy saved on a CD);
• A copy of the national ID card;
• A copy of the military registration certificate (for male applicants);
• Unified National Examinations score card;
• Motivation letter.

Following the document verification stage, applicants will be invited to attend an interview with the Admissions Commission. The interview is designed to assess the applicant's foundational knowledge of the field as well as their motivation to pursue graduate studies. Applicants are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Of the total score, 60 points are based on the results of the A Test of the Unified Master's Examination, while 40 points are awarded based on the interview with the Admissions Committee. The interview score is distributed as follows: 20 points – knowledge of the discipline and 20 points – the applicant's presentation skills, motivation, and readiness to pursue graduate-level studies.

The procedure for transferring to the program through student mobility is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation and the University's internal regulations.
