The intensive lectures as part of the new course “European Integration in the Context of Georgia-EU Association Agreement” was completed in the Caucasus School of Governance (CSG). Lectures were led by the academic personnel and researchers from the University of Zurich Europa Institut: Dr. Tobias Baumgartner, Deputy Director, Europe Institute and researchers Ms. Corinne Reber, , LL.M., Mr. Michael Mayer, Lic. iur. Antoine Schnegg and Ms. Nadiia Viazankina, LL.M. Intensive lectures lasted for four weeks. Upon completion of the course components, students will receive 5 ECTS.
Jean Monnet Chair of Caucasus School of Governance (CSG) and the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich have offered Caucasus University students an educational course in European Integration in the Context of Georgia-EU Association Agreement, for the fall semester of 2019.
The course was developed by the director of the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich, Mr. Andreas Kalerhals in cooperation with Caucasus School of Governance and was dedicated to the actual processes, trends and directions of the EU integration. The course provides information on important topics, such as EU integration and various formats of integration, history of integration and European values, foreign relations and sectoral policies: EU digital policy, EU business law.
