The Caucasus School of Governance nominated a senior student of Master’s Degree Program in Governance, Teona Mchedlishvili for Dimitri (Arzakan) Emukhvari scholarship announced by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia. At the decision of the government of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia the nominee was awarded the scholarship.

Peace theories and modern approaches to conflict transformation are of special interest to Teona, who is actively involved in various trainings or programs of this kind. In addition, she takes active part in preparation of electronic newsletter "State News from Occupied Regions".

It should be noted that the scholarship is awarded to Master’s Degree students with special achievements in the issues of Abkhazia.
