29 June 2019

On June 19 Caucasus School of Governance Jean Monnet Chair, professor Sergi Kapanadze organized a student conference titled: “European Union: Institutions and Governance.”

The Conference was devoted to in depth exploration of the Institutions and Policies of the European Union, both through the historical and contemporary perspective.

The topics had a profound resonance and interest among Caucasus School of Governance students. Nearly 25 students prepared papers and presented research outcomes at the student Conference.

This was a 3rd student conference organized by a Jean Monnet professor. Such activities produce huge interest in students towards EU and its policies, at the same time raising awareness about EU as a normative actor in global politics.
