On May 30, Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Scientific Conference was held in the conference hall of Caucasus University. 12 papers were presented at the conference:

Tamar Shakarashvili - The degree of students' self-realization in the university space.

 

Gvantsa Bebia - Pandemic and Student Motivation.

 

Mariam Meskhi - Environmental problems seen by students.

 

Tamar Tsimintia - The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Mental Health of the Generation "Z" (on the Example of Georgia).

 

Elene Khomerik - The impact of leisure on study/work, emotional burnout and perceived stress as an intermediate link of this influence.

 

Sophio Gujejiani, Sophio Bakradze - EU Candidate Countries: The European Integration Process on the Example of Albania and Northern Macedonia - Experience for Georgia.

 

Mariam Chankseliani, Levan Jagashvili - Familiar or Unknown European Stories of Georgia.

 

Tamar Ejibishvili - The Impact of DCFTA on the Georgian and Moldovan Economy: A Comparative Analysis.

 

Nino Vekua - Relations between Georgia and France at the beginning of the XVIII century.

 

Dali Kordzaia - "At War with Himself": Brutus' Tragedy in Shakespeare's Play "Julius Caesar".

 

Tamar Karchava - S. T. Coleridge's "Recklessness: The Ode" and Literary Criticism.

 

The reports were evaluated by the members of the academic jury, which included: Dean of the school Davit Natroshvili; Academic Supervisor of the Undergraduate Program in Sociology, University Professor Keso Esebua; Head of the Undergraduate Program in Psychology, Associate Professor of the University Maia Machavariani-Tsereteli; Academic Head of the Bachelor of European Studies Program, University Professor - Guranda Chelidze; Academic Supervisor of the Bachelor of English Philology Program, Associate Professor of the University Ketevan Grdzelidze.

 

By the decision of the jury, the following speakers were placed in:

 

I place:

II place:

Tamar Tsimintia (Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Mental Health of Generation "Z" (on the example of Georgia).

Elene Khomerik (Influence of leisure on study/work, emotional burnout and perceived stress as an intermediate link of this influence).

 

III place:

Tako Chapidze, Sofiko Atabegashvili (Reaction of the Georgian Church to the Ukraine-Russia War: Students' Attitudes).

Sophio Gujejiani, Sophio Bakradze (EU Candidate Countries: The European Integration Process on the Example of Albania and Northern Macedonia - Experience for Georgia).

 

A student scientific conference is held annually at Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences. It aims to promote the development of research skills in students and their involvement in scientific activities.
