The first part of the Master's Program in Educational Leadership and Management comprises 60 ECTS credits. Each semester consists of 30 ECTS credits. The academic year is organized according to the semester system. One semester comprises 20 teaching weeks; therefore, the academic year is planned over 40 weeks.

One ECTS credit is equivalent to 25 hours of student workload, including both contact hours (lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and other instructional activities) and independent study hours (allocated for preparation for midterm and final assessments, as well as for completing assignments and preparing presentations).

The credits of the first part of the Master's Program in Educational Leadership and Management are distributed as follows:

1. Compulsory Course Component (for both concentrations) – 20 ECTS credits;
2. Compulsory Course Component by Concentration – 25 ECTS credits:
3. 2.1. Pre-school and General Education Management specialization – 25 ECTS credits;
4. 2.2. Vocational and Higher Education Management specialization – 25 ECTS credits;
5. Research Skills Component – 10 ECTS credits;
6. Compulsory Elective Course Component – 5 ECTS credits.
