The Worlds of Journalism Study is a global research project that has examined developments in journalism and the changing media landscape across 75 countries since 2011. Its international team of researchers explores journalists’ professional practices, values and standards; editorial policies; working conditions; and the opportunities and challenges facing the profession.

Through the project, researchers from Caucasus School of Media will join a leading global network of journalism and media scholars and contribute to advancing knowledge of the journalistic profession. They will also gain access to research data and have opportunities to participate in collaborative comparative studies.

Over the years, the project’s extensive database has provided the foundation for numerous significant scholarly publications.
