The 3-year joint Bachelor’s degree program in Media Arts was developed in response to the growing demand for professionals with multifunctional skills in media art, creative production and digital communication. This is the first joint program at Georgian educational market, where students will focus on maximizing the generation of artistic and creative ideas, as well as developing diverse and interdisciplinary competencies and techniques.
Program graduates will have:
- Theoretical knowledge of various classical fields of art (cinema, fine arts, literature, theatre) and practical skills (creative communication, performance, drawing);
- Knowledge of the full video/film production cycle and the ability to apply it in practice;
- Knowledge and practical skills in using modern technologies in digital communication;
- Skills in managing artistic, social, and cultural projects.
Within the program, students will study for 2 years at the School of Media of Caucasus University and they spend the 3rd year at New Jersey City University (USA).
Upon completion, graduates will receive a bachelor’s degree from both universities:
- Bachelor of Media Arts (CU)
- Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts (NJCU)
