On December 10, the defense of master's theses took place at the Caucasus School of Law.
Three master's degree students, Leri Guledani, Ana Sutidze and Tamar Nikoladze, appeared before the commission.
Larry Guledan presented a paper entitled "Income Tax (Comparative Legal Analysis") and received a grade of "A".
Ana Sutidze presented the paper "Rights of the parties to the transaction in the leasing agreement (comparative analysis on the example of Georgian and US legislation)". The graduate received a grade of "A".
The last speaker was Tamar Nikoladze on the topic of "Leasing Agreement". Tamar, like her predecessors, received an "A" rating.
At our partner Tallinn University, an English-language master's thesis entitled "Influence of European Standards on the Development of the Legal Framework of the Freedom of Peaceful Assembly in Georgia" was successfully defended by Dali Gabelaia, who received a "B" rating.
