On October 1, 2 and 21, Caucasus University hosted a public defense School of Law master's theses.
The students presented the following topics:
- Nino Makharashvili - Female Genital Mutilation as a Form of Gender-Based Violence and the State's Response;
- Tamaz Giguashvili - Disputes Related to Monetary Obligations of Individuals: The Line Between Non-fulfillment of Civil Legal Obligations and Fraud;
- Mariam Nishnianidze - Investment Protection Mechanism in Conflict Zones;
- Nino Chimakadze - Increasing the Efficiency of Corporate Governance through Strategic Selection of Board Members;
- Natia Khutsishvili - Arbitration Competence in Labor Disputes;
- Giorgi Kakubava - Peculiarities of Liability Caused by Medical Error;
- Natalia Marghania - The Interrelationship of Freedoms of Assembly and Expression in Relation to Modern International Standards.
