The article "Migration from Georgia and Ukraine in the context of Russian aggression" by Eka Kavelidze and Giga Abuseridze, affiliated associate professors of the Caucasus University School of Law, was published by IGI Global publishing house in the collection of scientific articles "Handbook of Research on the Regulation of the Modern Global Migration and Economic "Crisis".

The aim of the article is to study migration as one of the main problems of the modern world in the context of Russian aggression. One of the results of the Russian military intervention was migration from Georgia and Ukraine, therefore the article emphasizes the factors characteristic of this process. In addition, the accompanying effects of migration are discussed, how much impact the policy of eliminating migration has on the economy, human rights, etc.
