The pandemic has put special conditions on the medical sector and the healthcare system all over the world and our country is no exception. Challenges are important not only during the pandemic but also after it. The pandemic also showed us the need for a number of changes. The reforms that are being implemented in the healthcare system are important for pushing the medical sector to the need to innovate in management.

The training is designed for senior and middle managers of medical institutions.

The training will help participants solve strategic issues, systemic and situational management, change management and organizational development, increase team efficiency and employee motivation. The topics of the training will also touch upon the main indicators of the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction, as well as current issues of introducing a new product (service).

The training will be saturated with situational case analysis and practical issues.

Upon successful completion of the training, the trainee will receive a certificate from the Caucasus University Training Center (CUTC).
