In 2020, a new revision of the International Trade Rules (incoterms) was released. It has some changes. The aim of the training is to transfer adaptive knowledge about the use, purpose and restrictions of trade agreements and in particular the use of international trade rules (incoterms) to practitioners involved in various fields of international trade and institutions.

The specific purpose of the course is:

• Introduce the participants to the principles of using Incoterms
• Principles of drawing up trade transactions (in relation to Incoterm, rules, exceptions)
• Introduce the difference between the 2010 and 2020 editions and provide details of the new rules

The aim of the course is to provide Incoterm 2020 with practical knowledge and share experiences (using case studies and interactive tutorials).

Upon successful completion of the course, the student will receive a certificate from the Caucasus University Training Center (CUTC)
