Mobility at Caucasus University for the Fall Semester of 2026

Caucasus University announces the mobility process for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

 

The list of available programs, vacant places, and tuition fees can be found here and on the electronic portal: students.emis.ge.

 

The registration period on the electronic portal for students wishing to enroll through the mobility process is from August 24, 2026, to September 8, 2026, at 18:00.

 

The mobility results will be published on September 11 on the electronic portal.

In case of a positive result on the electronic portal, students must appear at Caucasus University and submit the required documents between September 11–15.

 

Creative Examination/Interview: September 11–15

 

Recognition of credits for students wishing to transfer to Caucasus University, familiarization with the recognized credits, and written confirmation: September 15–19

 

Preparation of the draft order on students to be enrolled through mobility and electronic registration in the Educational Institutions Registry: September 21

 

For the Bachelor’s Programs in Graphic Design and Interior Design, admission through mobility is subject to successfully passing the creative examination.

 

If a student applying for mobility has already successfully completed a creative examination in drawing at another higher education institution, they will not be required to take the examination again.

 

Students transferring through mobility who have not completed a creative examination at another university will be invited for an interview at Caucasus University from September 11–15.

 

During the interview, students must present their own work, which may include a drawing, sketch, computer-generated work, or even a video, on any topic of their choice. Students will present their work and answer questions from the committee. Following a successful interview, the committee will review the student's mobility application.

 

Required Documents:

 

  1. Application form
  2. Certificate confirming the student's status;
  3. Properly certified copies of all legal acts determining the student's status;
  4. Student academic record (transcript);
  5. Copy of an identity document;
  6. A notarized copy of the document confirming completion of the previous level of education:
    • for mobility to a Bachelor’s program – a notarized copy or original of the secondary school certificate;
    • for mobility to a Master’s program – a notarized copy of the Bachelor’s diploma and diploma supplement;
    • for mobility to a Doctoral program – a notarized copy of the Master’s diploma and diploma supplement;
  7. Copy of the conscript's military registration certificate (or military ID, if applicable);
  8. 3×4 cm photographs – 2 printed copies and an electronic version on CD.
