On February 10, the President of Caucasus University was conferred the title of Honorary Doctor of Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.

On February 2-3, Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University and President-Elect of International Association of University Presidents attended the IAUP Semi-annual Meeting.
