On October 30, Caucasus University and the University of Insubria, located in Como, Italy, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. On 17-18 October, an international conference – “The Nersisyan School in Tbilisi and its Role in the Educational Life of the Caucasus” - was held at the Khachatur Abovyan State Pedagogical University in Yerevan. The conference was dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the foundation of Nersisyan School.

On October 18, Professor Peter Schmelz from Johns Hopkins University was held a public lecture at Caucasus University. The event is organized by the International Research Center for the Study of Georgia at the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

DineRush, a startup founded by Salome Kacharava, a graduate of Caucasus University School of Economy, has emerged as the winner of the thirteenth round of the 150,000 GEL co-financing grants program organized by Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency.

From October 13-15, the 20th Triennial Conference of the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) took place in Beijing, China. The event focused on the theme: "Generative AI and the Future of Higher Education."

On 14 October, the presentation of the Jean Monnet Chair “European Union for Peace, Prosperity and Security” (EU-PPS) took place at Caucasus University as part of the Erasmus Days. The Chair was selected as the winner of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet 2024 competition.

On 14th of October, the Department of International Relations hosted the event "Erasmus+ Talks" at Caucasus University which was held as part of Erasmus+ Days (#ErasmusDays2024).
