Program Description:
The Master's Programme in Educational Policy consists of two parts. Its mission is to prepare highly qualified educational policy professionals who will contribute to the development of high-quality education policies at all levels and across all sectors of the education system, thereby supporting the country's development in response to both local and global challenges and emerging trends.
The objectives of Part I of the Master's Programme in Educational Policy are to:
- Develop an understanding of the nature and significance of educational policy by providing students with a comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental principles, historical development, and contextual relevance of educational policy.
- Develop competencies in educational policy analysis and critical evaluation by equipping students with appropriate methodologies and analytical tools that enable them to critically assess educational policy processes and identify effective approaches to addressing challenges within the field.
- Develop skills in policy design and effective communication by enabling students to formulate educational policy issues clearly, communicate them effectively, and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the policy development and implementation process.

Employment Opportunities:
Graduates of Part I of the Master's Programme in Educational Policy will be eligible for employment in the public sector, at both the central and local government levels, in institutions and structural units responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and public policy. They will also have employment opportunities in educational institutions, as well as in private, non-governmental, and international organizations operating in the field of education.
