The Master's program in Education Policy comprises 120 ECTS credits distributed across four semesters, with 30 ECTS credits per semester. The standard duration of the Master's program is two (2) academic years. Students who have not completed all requirements by the end of the standard program duration may continue their studies (up to 6 semesters) while maintaining student status.

The distribution of credits in the program is as follows:

• Mandatory courses: Education Policy and Analysis - 45 ECTS credits;
• Mandatory courses: Change Management - 20 ECTS credits;
• Mandatory electives - 10 ECTS credits;
• Practice and Research - 45 ECTS credits.
