Dean's Welcome

Thank you for visiting the webpage of the School of Economics. Your interest in our programs gives me the opportunity to briefly introduce who we are and highlight the core priorities that define the Caucasus School of Economics within the higher education landscape.

Established in 2018, the School of Economics has evolved into a dynamic and forward-looking academic environment that responds to the needs of the modern economy and the labor market.

As Dean, I am honored to be part of an academic community committed to continuous development and progress, and to fostering a values-based educational space that serves both our students and society.

Today, the School of Economics offers programs across all three levels of higher education. Our portfolio includes Georgian- and English-taught undergraduate programs, a master’s program, and an English-taught doctoral program. This diversity enables us to provide students with a broad perspective, internationally oriented education, and a strong professional foundation—preparing graduates for competitive careers in both local and global contexts.

Our greatest strength is our people: motivated students, dedicated and highly qualified academic staff, and successful alumni. Graduates of the School of Economics are actively engaged in both the public and private sectors. Notably, many of our students gain professional employment while still studying, underscoring the practical relevance and high quality of our academic programs.

The School of Economics remains firmly committed to continuous growth. We are strengthening our research capacity, expanding international partnerships, and cultivating a learning environment where critical thinking, responsibility, and professional development are core values. We believe that a university is not merely a place for knowledge transfer, but a space where individuals develop the skills, responsibility, and resilience needed to address contemporary challenges.
