On June 19-22, the defense of bachelor's and master's theses of the School of Economics was held. 72 students appeared before the commission.
The following issues were presented at the defense: assessment of the long-term trend of the real effective exchange rate of the GEL; Digital economy in the banking sector and its prospects in Georgia; Identification of indicators of economic overheating and their analysis on the example of Georgia; Economic empowerment of women in Georgia; Impact of climate change on the Georgian economy and other interesting topics.
The commission included the Dean of the School of Economics - Ioseb Berikashvili, the administrative director of bachelor's and master's degree programs of the School of Economics -Nina Miruashvili, the associate professor of the School of Economics - Vano Benidze, the professor of the School of Economics - Maia Gonashvili, the assistant professors of the School of Economics - Mariam Kharaishvili, Tsotne Marghia and Sofia Ogbaidze. Also, invited lecturers: Mindia Kacharava, Irakli Makalatia, Natia Gigauri. Students of Caucasus University and interested persons also attended the defense.
