On June 10, a presentation of the book The European Union as a Global Actor: Institutions, Values and Interests by Ilia State University Professor Giorgi Gvalia was held at Librarea, the bookstore of Caucasus University.

On June 6, the first international conference, “Teachers of the Penmanship,” was held jointly by the Georgian Calligraphers Association and Caucasus University.

On June 3, Caucasus University hosted an information session for prospective students and everyone interested in the new 3-year Joint (Double Degree) undergraduate Program in Psychology, offered by Caucasus University in partnership with New Jersey City University (USA).

Davit Tinikashvili, Affiliated Professor at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Caucasus University, has been selected as a winner of the 2026 Rustaveli–DAAD Scholarship Grant Competition, jointly administered by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

On May 28, the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences hosted Professor Katie Rose Hejtmanek of Brooklyn College.

On May 27, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences held its Student Scientific Conference, bringing together students from across its academic programs to present research on a wide range of timely and relevant topics.

The 3-year Double Degree bachelor’s program in Psychology, jointly implemented by Caucasus University and New Jersey City University, has received unconditional 7-year accreditation.

On May 18, within the framework of International Museum Day, annually celebrated on the initiative of the International Council of Museums, an educational tour titled “Hidden Art within the University Walls” was held at Caucasus University.

An article by Vladimer Luarsabishvili, Professor at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Caucasus University, has been published in Castilla: Estudios de Literatura, a prestigious scholarly journal dedicated to literary theory and criticism. The journal is ranked in Scimago Q1.

Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Caucasus University, Doctor of Philological Sciences and interpretor Tsisana Bibileishvili, was invited in April 2026 to the Writers’ and Interpretors’ Residency at Château de Lavigny (Switzerland), where she participated in an international translation workshop alongside Swiss author Catherine Lovey.
