The purpose of the cooperation agreement under the auspices of "Learn and work with Radio Liberty" is to provide for regular internship for CSM's students.

Procedures describe, for each rotation of students, how the administration of CSM will provide a list of students it recommends to Radio Liberty, and after completing a successful interview, they will be given hands-on learning opportunities. CSM will first recommend several students that that will then be screened and interviewed to take part in the innovative program.

"Learn and Work" is a new project with Radio Liberty. It is designed to develop a new generation of professional journalist and ones who can apply what they have learned in the classroom. Radio Liberty offers two month training periods for the students. Highly motivated and ranked CSM seniors will be afforded the opportunity to take place in the first intake for intern program.
