On March 22, at Caucasus University, a public lecture was held for Tourism School students on the topic - The Role of Aviation in the Tourism Industry.

The lecture was led by the president of "Avia-Communicator Association" and the founder of " GTI Alliance " - Tamuna Tandashvili (MBA: Aviation).

The following topics were discussed at the lecture:

Aviation and its role in tourism; aviation in global and local terms; the world and Georgian aviation market; the need for Georgian airlines; the impact of the pandemic on the aviation industry; the war in Ukraine; modern trends; digitization in aviation; global electronic systems etc.

The organizers of the meeting were Nikoloz Siradze and Erekle Mefisashvili, guest lecturers of the Tourism School.
