On May 25, the Caucasus School of Tourism held its Student Research Conference, bringing together students to present their research on current trends, emerging opportunities, and new directions in the tourism industry.
On May 13, 2026, within the framework of the Caucasus University Green Tourism Hub’s stakeholder engagement series, a meeting was held with Giorgi Ugulava, Head of the Sabado Leadership Academy.
On May 9–10, students of the School of Tourism took part in an adventure and educational field tour in Imereti.
On May 5, students of the Bachelor’s Program in Hospitality Management visited Lagodekhi Protected Areas, where they met with the Director of the Protected Areas, Giorgi Sulamanidze, who spoke to the students about the Areas, introducing them to the specific features of their management, its biodiversity, and the ecotourism services available there.
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ administrative staff mobility program, representatives of Caucasus University - Tamta Gabisonea, Manager of the International Accreditation Office, Nina Kapanadze, Public Relations Manager, and Diko Kopaleishvili, Dean of the Tourism School had a working visit to the Polytechnic University of Castelo Branco in Portugal, where they participated in the International Week program.
From April 13–17, the Administrative Director of the Undergraduate and Graduate Programs of Caucasus Tourism School, Tornike Purtseladze, participated in the International Week program at Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences in Lithuania for Erasmus+ staff mobility.
On February 27, 2025, the Green Tourism Hub of Caucasus University hosted representatives of the tourism industry as part of its planned series of stakeholder meetings. The purpose of the meeting was to present the Hub’s ongoing activities and discuss opportunities for future collaboration.
