On April 5, in the conference hall of Caucasus University, a discussion was held on the topic of ITB Berlin and Georgia as the host country of the global forum; Contemporary challenges of tourism and the role of tourism exhibitions.

The discussion was led by invited speakers who hosted the international exhibition of ITB Berlin and were actively involved in organizational matters:

• Ana Kekelia - Head of the Brand Division of the Georgian National Tourism Administration;
• Teona Nanava - advisor to the head of the Georgian National Tourism Administration;
• Nata Kvachantiradze - Chairman of the Georgian Tourism Association;
• Moderator of the discussion: Caucasus University Professor, Giorgi Bregadze.

The meeting discussed the ITB BERLIN exhibition, where Georgia was presented as the host country this year, as well as the strategy of the National Tourism Administration, their visions for tourism, marketing activities aimed at developing tourism in the country.

The meeting was held in an interactive mode, the participants had the opportunity to ask the invited guests questions on topics of interest to them.
