On May 21, at Caucasus University, a student conference was held on the topic "Tourism and Green Investments".
Student teams from nine universities participated in the conference.
The teams in first, second and two third places were revealed:
- I place - Caucasus University team "CTS" - theme "Wheat Road" in Georgia;
- II place - Saint Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia - team "SANGU" - theme "Investing in people, planet, economic prosperity";
- III place - Ilia State University team "Evergreen" - theme "Possibility of transforming new trending tourist facilities in Georgia in the case of circular economy";
- III place - Caucasus International University team "CIU Green Tourism" - theme "Ethnographic eco-village Shovi".
The conference was attended by invited professors, students and sponsors of the event from various universities.
The sponsors of the event were the National Tourism Administration and Resorts Development Agency.
