On December 20, 2011, Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, with the Heads of the High Institutions signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

From 2012, the relationship between courts and high institutions is planned to become more active.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to support the qualified legal education, plan and implement the joint programs, which are directed for the assistance of legal research, educational activities and professional development of students.

The Memorandum of Understanding was concluded with: Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Caucasus University, David Aghmashenebeli University, Sukhumi State University, Agrarian University, Gori University, Black Sea International University.

On behalf of Caucasus University, Dean of Caucasus School of Law, Zaza Maruashvili signed a memorandum.
