On July 16-17, 2010, the defense of master's theses in law was held at Caucasus University. The following topics were discussed:

Master Irakli Sakvarelidze - "Relativity of Trademarks with Other Objects of Intellectual Property Law" (Head of the Community - Nikoloz Gogilidze);
Master Eka Shubitidze - "Reasons for the origin of international legal double taxation and means of avoidance" (Head of the community - Zviad Rogava);
Master Zurab Kakabadze - "Basic Conceptual Problems of Legal Regulation of Foreign Investments" (Head of the community - Giorgi Loria);
Master Ketevan Khurodze - "Legal Regulation of Documentary Letter of Credit" (Head of the Community - Tamar Gogolashvili).
According to the decision of the Qualification Commission, the issue of only three students will be considered by the School of Law Council for the award of a Master's degree.
