Cambridge University Press Publishes Collection Edited by CSL Professor Levan Darbaidze

A new scholarly volume edited by Judge Levan Darbaidze, Affiliated Professor and Founder of the Child Rights Center at the Caucasus University School of Law (CSL), has been published by the world-renowned Cambridge University Press.

 

The collection, titled “Best Practices in Child-Friendly Justice System and Child Rights: Perspectives from Europe and USA,” compiles selected papers presented at the First International Conference of Caucasus University Child Rights Center held in 2023.

 

The publication represents the culmination of a two-year editorial and review process, marked by multiple stages of rigorous academic evaluation and collaboration.

 

Bringing together multidisciplinary research, the volume explores key issues surrounding the protection of children’s rights across criminal, civil, and administrative law domains. It presents comparative insights into European and American practices, highlighting innovative and humane approaches to building a child-centered justice system.
