The project submitted by Edisher Gamgoneishvili, a graduate student at Caucasus School of Law, won the 2021 Graduate Fundraising Competition for Graduate Studies and Research Projects Announced by the Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation.

The title of the project is: " Exclusion of a Partner from a Capital Type Society: Procedures and Basics ".

Out of 50 project applications, 38 were selected for funding, including Edisher Gamgoneishvili's project. The contestants were evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria approved by the Order №130 / N of the Minister of Education and Science of October 5, 2015.

The aim of the competition is to promote the development of the quality of scientific research, the advancement of academic level and the development of research skills within the framework of the master's thesis of students who study in an accredited master's educational program.
