On June 4–6, Levan Darbaidze, Affiliated Professor at Caucasus University, Founder of the Child Rights Center and Judge, participated in the international conference “The Role of Academia in Promoting Child Rights,” hosted by the International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
At the conference, Levan Darbaidze delivered a presentation titled “The Relationship between University Teaching of Child Rights and Training Modules for Specialization in Juvenile Justice: Contemporary Challenges and Prospects.”
As part of the conference, Levan Darbaidze held meetings with the Rector of the International Hellenic University and Ghassan Khalil, UNICEF Representative in Greece.
During the meetings, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation between the universities, future plans for child rights centers, and opportunities for implementing joint projects.
