Caucasus University has an ombudsman's office, which is an independent and neutral body of the university and one of its main functions is to protect the legitimate interests of the university students.

The Ombudsman’s office was established at Caucasus University in 2018 in cooperation with European Partners and the European Commission-funded Erasmus + Grant Project AESOP to advise and assist students, protect their interests and rights, identify violations and restore their rights.

The office is located at Caucasus University.
