Caucasus University hosted a delightful culinary masterclass for its international students at the CU “Canteenarea.” Guided by the university’s executive chef, participants had the opportunity to prepare a traditional Georgian dish and experience the richness of Georgia’s culinary heritage firsthand.
The event aimed to introduce international students to the traditions, flavors, and history of Georgian cuisine in an engaging and hands-on environment. CU Ambassadors also joined the session, fostering a warm and collaborative atmosphere.
The masterclass concluded with a tasting, where participants enjoyed and shared the dishes they had prepared together — celebrating culture, friendship, and the joy of culinary discovery.
