Short-Term International Winter School

Caucasus University hosted a student group from its partner institution, National Aviation University, as part of the International Winter School.

 

Participants of the Winter School had the opportunity to attend lectures in various fields, including technology, social sciences, entrepreneurship, law, economics, and business.

 

It is noteworthy that the lectures were delivered by the following lecturers:

 

  • Giorgi Tskhadaia (Caucasus School of Governance) – “European Ideologies and Modern Populism”;
  • Vakhtang Partsvania (Caucasus School of Business) – “Business Strategies in the Context of Sustainable Development”;
  • Tamar Akhalbedashvili (Caucasus Tourism School) – “Trends and Opportunities in the Development of the Hotel Industry in Georgia”;
  • Khatuna Burkadze (Caucasus School of Law) – “EU Enlargement”;
  • Liana Barabadze (Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences) – “History of Psychology”.

 

The program participants became familiar with the student clubs and associations at Caucasus University. They also actively engaged in various activities and received information about the university's internationalization process and ongoing projects.

 

The program designed for Ukrainian students combined educational components with cultural activities. Within the framework of these activities, the participants had the chance to explore Georgia's history and visit the country’s significant historical and cultural heritage sites.

 

Caucasus University actively implements short-term programs for students from its international partner universities, which significantly contributes to the internationalization process and the exchange of global practices.

 

It is worth mentioning that the program was developed and carried out by the Office of the President and the Student and Corporate Events Office of Caucasus University, with full financial support from the university.
