On December 17, Caucasus University successfully hosted its first-ever “Mafia Night,” organized by the Student and Organizational Events Office in partnership with the Board Games Club “C&D.”
The tournament was officially opened by Givi Machavariani, Head of the Board Games Club. A total of 11 games were conducted, each moderated by representatives from Board Games Corner, Ubanze Gaming, and the Board Games Club, ensuring a dynamic and well-coordinated competition.
In each game, participants selected a Most Valuable Player (MVP), with MVPs advancing to the final round. The final stage determined the top three players:
- 1st place — Giorgi Maraneli, Caucasus School of Technology (CST)
- 2nd place — Mariam Ramishvili, Caucasus School of Business (CSB)
- 3rd place — Irakli Sikharulidze, Caucasus School of Business (CSB)
The event was supported by Board Games Corner and Ubanze Gaming as official sponsors.
All winning participants received branded gifts from Caucasus University, as well as a 12-player “Mafia” game voucher provided by Ubanze Gaming. In addition, the first-place winner was awarded the “Mafia Night” trophy by Caucasus University and a GEL 100 voucher from Board Games Corner.
